Urban Brands Inc., (UBI), parent company of Ashley Stewart Stores and the Ashley Stewart Stores Community Foundation (ASSCF) has made a decision to temporarily suspend activity of its foundation.  While our company remains committed to the core values of the foundation -- placing the health/wellness and educational needs of our employees, women and youth in our communities, we must suspend the operation of our foundation at this time.

We will anticipate resuming operation of the ASSCF by the beginning of the new year and continue our philanthropic efforts that support individuals and charitable organizations serving the communities where our customers and employees live, work and shop.  We look forward to resuming the work of our foundation and realizing its primary goal -- achieving positive social impact.
